the festival of the Sun begins in the sacred temple of the QoriKancha where the Inca makes his first appearance and makes his prayers where he thanks the sun god for the protection and prosperity of his people.
The Inca followed by his royal court go to the main square of Cusco and then continue to Sacsayhuaman. We will go with our transport to Sacsayhuaman where we will wait for the central ceremony to begin.
The Inca begins the ceremony and the 04 of them present their dances, then the Inca asks an explanation to the curacas (chiefs of each his) of how was the annual behavior of the crops of each region in charge, then the Inca sacrifices a flame black and draws blood to offer the sun god, then continue the dances.
We will return with our transport to the Plaza de Armas of Cusco.
