We leave the port 7:15 AM, after 25 minutes we reach the floating islands Uros, their homes settle on floating islands on the surface of Lake Titicaca, guided tour of 1 hour, then we continue on the same boat to Taquile, Island of great ethnic and cultural value. Its population is made up of about 1,500 people; they retain their ancient cultural traditions, standing out for their impressive weaving techniques in men. Considered by UNESCO, “cultural heritage of humanity”, in addition to being the best weavers in the world.
We will visit the town, craft center, museum and have lunch at a local restaurant; descent on the opposite side of the Island. Return on the same boat to Puno and transfer to the hotel
