The Cordillera Huayhuash Located 50 km south of the white mountain range, between the limits of Ancash, Huánuco and Lima. Known as the most splendid of the Peruvian mountain ranges, it has an area of 30 km. It has beautiful mountains, peaks among which are the Yerupaja (6,634 m), Jirishanca (6,094 m), Siula Grande (6,344 m), Rasac (6,017 m) and lagoons of incomparable beauty, Carhuacocha, Jahuacocha, Mitucocha, Huayhuash and others. It has impressive trekking circuits, considered one of the most spectacular trekking on the planet.
