DETAILED ITINERARY

Day 1 – Arrival in Lima (0 m / 0 ft)

Arrival at Jorge Chávez International Airport (5:45 pm). Meet & greet and private transfer to your hotel in Miraflores.

Day 2 – Lima → Ica (406 m / 1,332 ft)

Morning bus journey to Ica. Arrival and transfer to hotel.

Day 3 – Paracas & Nazca Lines → Overnight Bus to Arequipa (2,335 m / 7,661 ft)

Excursion to Paracas and overflight of the Nazca Lines. Evening bus to Arequipa.

Day 4 – Arequipa City Tour → Bus to Puno (3,827 m / 12,556 ft)

Explore the “White City” of Arequipa, including:

  • Main Square

  • Colonial churches

  • Santa Catalina Monastery

Evening bus to Puno.

Day 5 – Lake Titicaca: Uros & Amantani (3,812 m / 12,507 ft)

Boat excursion to:

  • Uros Floating Islands

  • Amantani Island

Overnight in a local homestay.


Day 6 – Amantani → Taquile → Puno (3,827 m / 12,556 ft)

Visit Taquile Island, famous for its textiles and culture. Lunch and return to Puno.

Tourist bus to Cusco with guided stops at archaeological sites. Buffet lunch included.

  • Pisac Market & Ruins

  • Chinchero

Return to Cusco.

Return to Cusco by train.

Day 10 – Cusco → Puerto Maldonado (183 m / 600 ft)

Flight to the Amazon. Transfer by boat to jungle lodge. Visit Monkey Island.

Day 11 – Sandoval Lake Exploration (183 m / 600 ft)

Hike through the rainforest to Sandoval Lake. Wildlife observation:

  • Giant otters

  • Caimans

  • Exotic birds

Optional swim. Night activities.


Day 12 – Parrot Clay Lick → Return to Cusco (3,399 m / 11,152 ft)

Early visit to clay lick. Return to Puerto Maldonado and flight to Cusco.

Flight to Lima, then bus to Huaraz (8 hrs).

Day 14 – Huaraz → Cuartelhuain (4,000 m / 13,123 ft)

Drive via Chiquián & Llamac. Start trekking logistics.


Day 15 – Cuartelhuain → Mitucocha (4,150 m / 13,615 ft)

Cross Cacananpunta Pass (4,700 m / 15,420 ft).


Day 16 – Mitucocha → Carhuacocha (4,138 m / 13,576 ft)

Cross Carhuac Pass (4,650 m / 15,255 ft).


Day 17 – Carhuacocha → Huayhuash (4,200 m / 13,780 ft)

Pass Carnicero (4,600 m / 15,091 ft) with stunning peaks views.


Day 18 – Huayhuash → Viconga (4,407 m / 14,459 ft)

Cross Portachuelo Pass (4,750 m / 15,584 ft). Hot springs nearby.


Day 19 – Viconga → Guanacpatay (4,100 m / 13,451 ft)

Cross Punta Cuyoc Pass (5,000 m / 16,404 ft) – highest point.


Day 20 – Guanacpatay → Huatiac (4,350 m / 14,271 ft)

Pass through Huayllapa village (3,800 m / 12,467 ft).


Day 21 – Huatiac → Jahuacocha (4,100 m / 13,451 ft)

Cross Tapush (4,800 m / 15,748 ft) and Yaucha (4,790 m / 15,715 ft).


Day 22 – Jahuacocha → Llamac → Huaraz

Final descent via Llamac Pass (4,650 m / 15,255 ft). Return to Huaraz.

PISCO CLIMB

Day 23 – Huaraz → Base Camp Pisco (4,600 m / 15,091 ft)

Drive via Yungay & Llanganuco Lakes (3,850 m / 12,631 ft). Trek to base camp.


Day 24 – Summit Pisco (5,752 m / 18,871 ft)

Early alpine ascent. Glacier climb to summit. Return to base camp.


Day 25 – Base Camp → Huaraz

Return trek and transfer to hotel.


Day 26 – Huaraz → Lima → Departure

Flight to Lima. Evening international departure.
