Our Mountain Guides

We apply rigorous selection criteria and continuous performance evaluation to ensure the highest professional standards within our guiding team. Our Official Tourism Guides and certified High Mountain Guides (AGMP–UIAGM) meet internationally recognized technical qualifications and operate in full compliance with high-altitude safety and risk management protocols.

With extensive experience in glaciated terrain, mixed climbing routes, expedition logistics, and altitude acclimatization strategies, our guides are trained to manage complex mountain environments under variable conditions. They maintain current certifications in Wilderness First Aid (WFA), high-altitude emergency response, crevasse rescue systems, rope management, avalanche awareness, and technical rescue procedures.

Multilingual in Spanish, English, French, Italian, and Quechua, our team ensures clear communication, operational precision, and the highest level of safety oversight throughout every ascent and expedition.

Our High Mountain Cook

Our mountain cooks are specially trained in expedition logistics, field kitchen management, and high-altitude first aid. They operate in strict accordance with established health, hygiene, and food safety protocols adapted to high-altitude environments and remote conditions.

They are responsible for the planning, transportation, and management of all kitchen logistics, including food supplies, fuel systems, cooking equipment, and waste management throughout the expedition.

With experience in preparing balanced, high-energy meals suitable for demanding alpine conditions, they ensure proper nutrition, food safety, and operational efficiency at every camp — contributing directly to the team’s performance, recovery, and overall expedition success.

Our High Mountain Porters

Our porters are trained in expedition logistics, load management, and high-altitude first aid, operating in accordance with established safety and risk-management protocols. They are responsible for the secure and efficient transport of technical equipment and supplies between base camp and high camps, ensuring logistical continuity and operational safety throughout the expedition.

Our high Mountain Donkey Drivers

Our muleteers are experienced in mountain from communite people trained in customer service standards and high-altitude first aid. They play a vital logistical role in every expedition, ensuring the safe and efficient transport of camping equipment, technical gear, food supplies, and general mountain logistics across remote and challenging terrain.

With extensive knowledge of mountain routes, load distribution, and animal welfare management, they oversee the proper handling and care of pack animals, guaranteeing safe operations throughout the approach and trekking stages.

Donkey Drivers

Our Drivers

Our drivers are experienced transportation professionals trained in customer service standards and first aid for remote and high-altitude road conditions. They are skilled in operating vehicles across rugged terrain, mountain passes, and unpaved roads, ensuring safe and reliable transfers in challenging environments.

They are responsible for the secure transportation of guests, guides, and all mountain logistics equipment from hotels to trailheads and base camps, as well as for all scheduled transfers, tours, and excursions.

With strong knowledge of regional routes, weather conditions, and risk prevention protocols, our drivers play a critical role in maintaining operational efficiency while prioritizing the safety, punctuality, and comfort of every guest throughout the journey.
